Paul has over ten years of recruiting experience for a variety of roles including IT,Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance and Marketing. Throughout his career, Paul has proven to be a trusted partner placing entry level candidates to C-level executives, and everything in between. Paul’s approach is collaborative with both the client and candidate working to ensure the best fit.
In addition to his recruiting experience, Paul hasboth client services and management experience. Paul is a degreed professional whoresides in the Milwaukee area with his wife and two young kids.

CPG, Retail, andFood Industry. Jamie resides in Cedarburg
with her husbandand 3 children.

Mike has over 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition focused on providing predictable fixed cost talent solutions. Mike was a founder of the SaaS interviewing platformMontage which led to a profitable exit.
Throughout his career, Mike has engaged in long term partnerships with his clients to create sustainable talent acquisition solutions to augment in house capabilities.
